These terms cover the MiniControl app, minicontrol.app and MiniControl Pro. MiniControl is made by Mikheil Gigauri, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia ([registration number]), “we” below.
Using MiniControl
The Mac app is free for one server and every Mac that uses it. You may use it at home and at work. Don’t try to get around the limits of the Free plan, or resell the app.
MiniControl changes settings on the Macs you point it at: it can turn services on and off, restart Macs, and run scripts you approve. You’re responsible for the Macs you use it on and for having permission to manage them. Server Setup shows each script before it runs; read it.
Pro
Pro is a subscription, monthly or yearly, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Our order process is run by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoices, taxes and refunds, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase.
A subscription renews until you cancel it. Cancel any time; Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then the app goes back to Free. See Refunds.
Our part
We work to keep MiniControl reliable, but it’s provided as it is. We’re not liable for lost data, downtime or damage from using it, except where the law doesn’t allow us to limit that. Back up what matters.
We may change these terms. If a change matters, we’ll say so on this page and, for Pro customers, by email before it takes effect.
